I didn't receive my food at all and the app showed me that it was delivered. nearly £30 spent and I went hungry

Hi Melania, We are really sorry that the driver failed to deliver your order to you. As explained on the phone, we don't have our own drivers so use 3rd party delivery services such as Just Eat. We don't manage the drivers so unfortunately couldn't manage their performance. Please ask Just Eat for a refund. Thank you.

Didn't get the food and drinks. I called the Yobu place. She's told me that the food already gone with the just eat delivery man. He did call me about 11.52am asking me an address then told me will be there soon. Now it's 13.43pm. Still not have it.
