I used to order all the time from Yuhoki and it was my favourite sushi place. However this time I received my sushi with undercooked rice, undercooked soggy batered prawns and browned bitter avocado. It was such a disappointment don’t think I will be ordering again

driver went to wrong building, then chastised me for putting the actual numerical address and not the name of the hotel. I also messaged him the name of the hotel I was standing in front of but he never replied

Hi Yicheng Please contact justeat customer service, we use their driver to deliver the food. They will find out what happened to the driver and then refund the money back to you if it's their driver's fault
