everything was cooked obviously dropped in to a deep fat frier and even the fat tasted awful, would never order from them again

Missing food when I phoned the restaurant the woman was so rude and hung the phone up

Wrong food delivers chips soggy cold.

Hi Christopher. We did realise the haggis panini had not been put in your bag after the order had left the shop. For this we do sincerely apologise and would encourage you to request a refund. I did personally pack your bag- and with this the chips were the last items to be cooked for your order in order to keep them as fresh possible. I am sorry again these were not up to your standards.
