I received the wrong items and the person I spoke to didn't seem to think this was a big deal when I make it clear I wasn't happy I was told replacements would be sent out adding an additional 20 minutes. The person I spoke to didn't even bother to apologise and it's also more annoying that he acted as those having an extra ingredient wasn't an issue and I had to point out, I don't eat it and there is an allergy in my house too which is why I didn't order the reversion they sent

Pakoras lukewarm, mixed wrap was full of grease was settled on tin foil, had to scrape it off, was probably due to ordering and closing time and delivery time, must shut fryers and hotplates off not a good practice, especially with lumps of grease on tinfoil, most of order binned, usually a good place to order from, but this occasion not, just don't take orders near to closing time

Food quality is amazing! The chicken tikka kebab and chips (without the pitta) with salad was fresh and tasty. Chips not soggy which is always good. Great service and delivery.

If there was a choice of no stars for the service I would’ve selected that. Service was poor, food was wrong and terribly cold. Refused to change it or refund.

Delivery Driver was so dam rood Had to Phone him twice. Food was not to standard and was not very warm I did not enjoy the food at all.

Recently moved local. Been trying out a few different takeaways. This has been the best so far will be hard not to go here again next time. Food was delicious and fresh.

I have already gave you 6 out of 6 before for food quality on orders but pickled jalapeños on a pizza are really not nice they are soggy and taste of vinegar.You should know you are eating a jalapeño by taste and texture these are too soft and don’t taste nice.Can’t fault you for anything else so far always been good quality
