Saturday 31 August 2024Nothing special about the “special kebab” no special sauces or salad. Uncooked chips, small amount of chicken with a few peppers, bland and dry.Very disappointed!! They use to be really good, sad it’s gone down hill

Thursday 23 November 2023Food was fine apart from the fact there wasn't any special sauces or salad with the 'special chicken and chips'.
I've never had an issue from here before. I was just a little disappointed to not recieve these items eventhough it says on the menu that these things come with the food.

Monday 25 September 2023The pannini sandwich was obismal!!! A few sauces of onions and a 'trace' of peppers!! Nothing else!!! The omelette tasted awful, gey looking with too much pepper.

Tuesday 12 September 2023Food goes to the bin, 'curry' Is a layer of oil with 2 hard pieces of what looks like meat...I am not touching am even afraid to give it to the dog. The kebab meat tasted like it was days old and just reheated it's all going to the bin, the whole order was so greasy everything it touched is covered in grease. Never again will we order from here.

Sunday 27 August 2023I ordered an English breakfast which shows x2 sausage, egg, hash brown and beans and I got one sausage, one egg and I don’t even think it was a hash brown, which came in a wrap? There was about 3 beans and the chicken slider wasn’t even chicken. I also contacted the restaurant about my order and the woman I spoke to did not understand anything I was trying to say, I was speaking loud and clear then she hung up whilst I was talking.

We apologise if your order was incorrect and the customer service; it was a very busy day due to the Bank Holiday and we have some staff still training on the phones but will address your comments with staff. I can reassure you it was chicken however it was chicken mince as per description.
