Food was freezing cold and soggy. Basically inedible! £39 is rediculous for food of this standard. Won’t be ordering again!

Ordered many times with no issue but tonight’s order was missing 2 x cheese sauce. When we contacted Zapps to inform them they said to make a claim though the Just eat app. 24 hours later Just eat are asking for photographic evidence. Ridiculous.
