recently ordered a pizza through Just Eat, and I was extremely disappointed with the experience. The pizza arrived stone cold, which is completely unacceptable. Clearly, there needs to be a significant change in the way deliveries are handled. The service was terrible, making for an overall unpleasant experience. I expected much better and will think twice before using Just Eat again.

Both pizzas arrived cold despite our delivery address literally being a short walk from the restaurant. "Bruschetta" was 2 pieces of toast with chopped tomato dumped in the corner of a box. No seasoning, no herbs, just chopped tomato. And lastly the Coke was hot.
