I ordered my food at 5pm and it arrived after 8pm, unacceptably late and completely cold. I require a full refund, including the delivery fees.

The driver was very nice but I made this order at 7:11 and it showed up after 9! The driver informed us that he had to cancel the delivery 4 times as he was waiting so long. If Zizzis cannot fill orders then they shouldn’t take orders. The pasta was dry as well so waiting all that time for the food to be not good :(

Nice food but took over 2 and a half hours to arrive, didn’t eat it all as wasn’t that hungry anymore by the time it arrived!

Delivery was an hour and forty minutes after I ordered it. There is no way to contact either Just eat or the restaurant and more annoyingly, no way to cancel the order. Very bad service and I won't use Just Est again

The food delivery was slightly late which I can tolerate but the driver had not taken care while transporting it as the food had all been thrown to one side of their respective containers which was disappointing.
