A restaurant shouldn’t have a 45 minute maximum time on a Sunday when someone orders at 5:30pm! But the order was 9 minutes early. Even though the delivery person was waiting at the restaurant for 10 minutes. Everything about this order makes no sence!

Although it was 17 minutes early there shouldn’t have been a 45 minute maximum delivery time on it when I ordered at 5:31pm. Also driver didn’t follow delivery instructions and was on a private call all through the delivery. Which is incredibly rude!

Explain how, even though the order came early the calamari was freezing cold and extremely over cooked but the loaded fries came boiling hot! + not enough aioli for the amount of calamari. Please refund me the price of the calamari as the came cold!

Calamari very over cooked and came freezing cold, + not enough aioli for the amount of calamari. Loaded fries barely warm! Even with £4.64 off the food was not worth the money. This meal was a complete waste of money!
