The original estimated delivery time was 10-20 minutes and then it kept getting delayed and it was an hour and a half before it eventually got here and that was after I had to call to see when it was coming and zizzi said it was becuase just eat couldn’t find a driver

Sadly the chips were undercooked and soggy, and the cake wasn't warmed up for some reason this time? A shame as its my fav treat! Getting many issues with this Zizzi's recently...

I ordered a spaghetti bolognese and instead I got a spaghetti pomodoro. Which is not what I ordered. There could have been more sweet potato fries in the tub as well. Usually when I order from zizzi I always get what I ordered and everything is fine. Unfortunately not today. Everything else was fine. But it could have been better.

Pasta was missing ingredients, and smaller than usual. 2nd bad experience I'm 2 orders :-( not sure what's happened as never had an issue before!

The snowball pudding was really bad sadly. Didn't look at all like advertised - no snowflakes and looked like I made it in a rush! Also not convinced it was two layers (centre and brownie) as not distinguishable at all - all centre I'd say which even for a chocolate lover like me was awful - just a load of ganache rolled up covered in choc flakes. Couldn't even eat a quarter!

Pizza wasn’t great lacked toppings all around the Making them dry and tough. The pizza stuck to the box and fell apart when trying to cut it
