Waited about 2.5 hours for delivery from point of order, originally estimated half an hour. Called the restaurant after 2 hours, was told the courier wasn't there. When the courier eventually arrived he said the restaurant kept him there for over 40 minutes. The food was lukewarm and congealed when it arrived.

The food arrived 2 hours after ordering. The delivery time kept on going later and later. when it arrived the food was cold.

Food arrived cold even though on time so must of been packed cold or delivery method affected the goods! Packaging was sealed! Just Eat customer service will not address this matter as food was delivered on time! So delivering cold is OK within their advertised service! With today’s packaging available there truly is no excuse for this service! Just Eat your days are numbered with this service and hope anyone experience cold food which should be hot does not except this poor ongoing service!!!

All the food was cold, the pizza was not cut and the sweet potato fries were undercooked.
