Thursday 05 December 2024Placed order before 4pm for 5:15pm delivery, arrived at 6:20pm. Garlic bread was dry & tasteless, crab arancini were tiny & cheesecake was the only thing that was hot, it was melted into mush! I could understand the delay if food was actually done right, awful all round! Would have done zero stars if possible!

Wednesday 23 October 2024Everything was all packaged in the same bag, so the drink was warm, and the cheesecake which should have been cold was completely melted. packaging cold and hot things separately would be an improvement.
