Price Promise Terms and Conditions

These Just Eat price promise Terms and Conditions ("Just Eat Price Promise Terms") are supplemental to and should be read in conjunction with the Just Eat website terms and conditions (“Just Eat Website Terms”). In the event of any conflict between these Just Eat Price Promise Terms and the Just Eat Website Terms, the latter shall prevail.
These Just Eat Price Promise Terms set out the terms and conditions relating to the Just Eat price promise (“Just Eat Price Promise”). Please read these Just Eat Price Promise Terms carefully before claiming on the Just Eat Price Promise. By claiming on the Just Eat Price Promise (whether now or in the future), you agree to be bound by these Just Eat Price Promise Terms.
We reserve the right to change these Just Eat Price Promise Terms from time to time by changing them on this page. We advise you to print a copy of these Just Eat Price Promise Terms for future reference. These Just Eat Price Promise Terms are only in the English language. Use of your personal information submitted via the Just Eat Price Promise is governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.
For the purpose of these Just Eat Price Promise Terms, a “Restaurant” means a partner listed on Just Eat whose premises are used mainly for preparing or serving food and/or drink for immediate consumption (including a café, coffee shop, dessert shop, bakery, fast food, casual dining or takeaway business). A “Grocery Partner” means any partner listed on Just Eat that is not a Restaurant (for example, a supermarket, convenience store, off-licence or garage forecourt).
Conditions of the Just Eat Price Promise
1. The Just Eat Price Promise is available in respect of orders made at Restaurants on Just Eat only. It will not be available in respect of orders made from Grocery Partners (as defined above). .
2. In order to claim on the Just Eat Price Promise (a “Just Eat Price Promise Claim”), you must visit the Just Eat Price Promise FAQ and follow the steps outlined to submit a request with the necessary details.
3. Just Eat Price Promise Claims may only be submitted against Menu Items that you have ordered as part of a delivery meal from a Restaurant on the Just Eat website or app.
4. Our Just Eat Price Price Promise does not apply:
a. to delivery, service or other charges that may be applicable on your order,
b. to collection or dine-in orders,
c. where a menu item is part of a special offer or discount offered by the restaurant, or
d. to any order from a Grocery Partner (as defined above)
5. To be eligible to make a Just Eat Price Promise Claim, your order must have been completed, paid for and delivered.
6. Just Eat Price Promise Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the relevant order.
7. Each Customer may make a maximum of one Just Eat Price Promise Claim per Restaurant in any 30 day period.
8. We will investigate each Just Eat Price Promise Claim and reserve the right to confirm with the Restaurant whether the Restaurant Menus submitted are valid.
9. As part of investigating a Just Eat Price Promise Claim, we may ask you to provide reasonable evidence (such as links and/or images) demonstrating a Restaurant has advertised a menu item for less on their own online channels (e.g. the Restaurant’s own website or app).
10. Following our investigation, we will decide whether a Just Eat Price Promise Claim is valid and notify you of our decision. Our decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the Just Eat Price Promise.
11. We will aim to process Just Eat Price Promise Claims within seven (7) working days of receipt of a Just Eat Price Promise Claim Form.
12. In the event we approve your Just Eat Price Promise Claim, we shall offer you a Just Eat paycode voucher with a value of at least double the difference between the two menu item prices.
13. The Just Eat paycode vouchers are subject to the Just Eat Voucher Terms and Conditions. Vouchers will expire after 30 days. No replacements will be provided once the voucher has expired.
14. We reserve the right to withdraw the Just Eat Price Promise at any time without prior written notice and/or to alter or amend these Just Eat Price Promise Terms at any time.
15. By submitting a Just Eat Price Promise Claim you will be deemed to have accepted these Just Eat Price Promise Terms.
16. These Price Promise Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
