£8 off when you spend £25: Terms and Conditions

1. By participating in the £8 off voucher, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (these "Terms and Conditions").

The promotion offers £8 off the total basket of any order from a participating restaurant when you spend a minimum of £25 (after any in-menu discounts have been applied and excluding any fees such as service charges and/or delivery fees) on the JUST EAT app or website (www.just-eat.co.uk) (“Promotion”)
3. The Promotion is unique to your Just Eat account and cannot be transferred to or redeemed by another Just Eat account.
4. The voucher can only be redeemed once in one single order from a participating restaurant.
5. Delivery fees, service charges and other charges still apply to an order. Such costs will always be shown before you complete and pay for an order on Just Eat.
6. To redeem the Promotion, you must enter your unique voucher code at checkout, before placing your order.
7. The Promotion is valid at participating restaurant partners in selected geographical locations only. A full list of participating restaurants and excluded postal districts are listed at the end of this page (“Participating Restaurants”).
8. The Promotion excludes grocery and retail partners.
9. Available cuisine varies based on geographical location.
10. The Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 or over only.
11. The Promotion will start at 00:00 on 25 May 2026 and will end at 23:59 on 7 June 2026.
12. The Promotion cannot be combined with any other voucher codes or promotions.
13. The Promotion excludes alcohol, tobacco products and any other items with a legal age restriction.
14. The Promotion is not refundable, exchangeable, replaceable, redeemable, or transferable for cash under any circumstances.

16. The Promotion is run by JUST EAT and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by YouTube, TikTok, META, Snapchat or any other social media site.

Neither JUST EAT nor any of its subsidiary or affiliated companies are responsible for any condition, circumstances, losses, failures or delays caused by events beyond its or their control where the Promotion is concerned, such as (but not limited to) the acts or defaults of any supplier or Partners. Save where it has been negligent, JUST EAT will not be responsible for any damage, loss or injury resulting from your participation in the Promotion or for technical, hardware or software failures, lost, faulty or unavailable network connections or difficulties of any kind that may limit or prohibit your ability to participate in the Promotion. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall in any way limit JUST EAT's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for any other matter where liability may not as a matter of law be limited.
20. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim (including a non-contractual dispute or claim) arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
