Freebies for Days Terms and Conditions
1. By participating in Freebies For Days promotion (“Freebies For Days”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (these "Terms and Conditions"). Materials relating to Freebies For Days also form part of these Terms and Conditions but in the event of any conflict between such materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.
2. The promotion offers free items on your orders when you spend a minimum amount at selected restaurants on the Just Eat app or online platform in the period from Thursday 2nd April at 00:01 am to Monday 6th April 2026 at 23:59 pm
3. The minimum spend that will enable you to receive a free item will be displayed on the Partner page: it may vary depending on the Partner and, in any case, excludes all fees and charges.
4. Delivery fees, service charges and other charges still apply to an order. Such costs will always be shown before you complete and pay for an order on Just Eat.
5. In some cases, in order to benefit from a free item, the purchase of a qualifying item will be requested.
6. The free items available may vary depending on the day or time of the day.
7. The Freebies For Days promotion is only valid at participating Partners at selected stores only. These selected stores will be shown in the “Freebies” filter section on the JET platform but they may change at any time.
8. In order to redeem the Promotion once you reach a qualifying basket at a participating Partner via the Just Eat platform, if the partner has stock of the free item you will be presented with the option to add the ‘free item’ to the basket in the Just Eat platform.
9. No voucher or discount code is required in order to benefit from Freebie For Days promotion.
10. This Promotion is open to individual residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over only.
11. Just Eat reserves the right to withdraw the Promotion at any time without prior written notice and/or to alter or amend these terms and conditions at any time.
12. This Promotion is not refundable, exchangeable, replaceable, redeemable, or transferable for cash under any circumstances.
13. The promoter is Takeaway.com Central Core B.V., with a registered office at Piet Heinkade 61, 1019 GM Amsterdam, The Netherlands (“Just Eat Takeaway.com” or “JET”).
14. The promotion is run by Just Eat.co.uk Limited (“JET”) and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat & X, or any other social media site.

16. These terms and conditions and any dispute or claim (including a non-contractual dispute or claim) arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
