Real Hot Dogs. Delivered Real Quick.
New York Hot Dog, Mexican Hot Dog, Veggie Hot Dog – still one the world’s fave fast-foods, the Hot Dog seems to be as hot as ever. It might just be a simple sausage in a sliced bun but it hits the spot every time. There’s something magical about the combination of soft fluffy bread, hot chewy meat, a squirt of tangy tomato (and maybe a sting of mustard and onions) that we just can’t get enough of.
It’s been that way since the Hot Dog, pronounced 'Daaaawg' first started taking tastebuds by storm in New York over 150 years ago. According to New Yorkers that is. Germans will tell you that it started when Frankfurt created the Frankfurter over 500 years ago. But all you need to know is there are mouthwateringly magnificent Hot Dogs just waiting to be delivered to you from somewhere nearby, via your Just Eat app.

Chicken Wings
They say ‘a dog is a man’s best friend’. Yeah, but what’s a Dog’s favourite company? Well, Fries for one. Especially chunky ones. Onions Rings, served golden brown. A portion of Chicken Wings deep-fried or grilled, their skins retain natural moisture to create juicy, succulent, flavoursome mouthfuls? Or Spicy Wings (aka Hot Wings), which are marinated in a hot sauce: usually cayenne pepper garlic and honey, and range from mildly spicy to ‘WHOOOAH!’ Oh, and last but not least – remember a Dog loves a good Shake (aka Milkshake). Thick and slurpy in Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry or Caramel flavours. Maybe Oreo Flavoured? Maybe a Smoothie. (Definitely via the Just Eat app.)

Boerie Roll
Like the four-legged dogs of the world, Hot Dogs can also be savoured in all shapes and sizes. (But always through the Just Eat app, of course.) In South Africa, the hot dog is called a Boerie Roll (Afrikaans for Farmer's Roll) or Boerewors Roll (slang for Farmer's Sausage Roll), where the sausage is covered in Tomato Sauce (posh for ketchup) or a home-made tomato and onion relish. In Japanese Cuisine there are Miniature Hot Dogs and dogs served in bento boxes as Hot Dog Sushi – they can even be sliced to resemble an octopus (hot puss rather than hot dog). There are also Japanese Fusion Dogs (not from Japan!) which are an American fusion of Japanese and Asian condiments like Wasabi, Kimchi (Pickled Cabbage) and Teriyaki. And there’s a Thai-Style Crêpe (Khanom Tokiao) that contains a hot dog sausage.

Classic American Burger
Sniffing after a Dog? Maybe you should murder a burger, instead? And America is the home of the Burger, right? Wrong – it’s Just Eat. (And we’ll have one to you in no time.) The Classic American Burger usually means 100% griddled beef patty, freshly ground, cooked medium in a proper (you know the one) squishy bun. Then roll out the rest of the A-team: gherkins, lettuce, red onions, fresh tomato and American-style house sauce. Want extra toppings? You got ‘em. Another go-to is the Bacon ‘n’ Cheese Burger, with streaky bacon and American cheese, of course. Want to spice it up? Go Chilli Burger with fresh jalapenos, cheddar cheese and a dollop of spicy chilli in the filling. Swerving red meat? Opt for a Chicken Burger with chargrilled chicken breast instead of a patty. Or a Veggie Burger that gives you the satisfaction of the big two-handed burger-munching ritual, but with plant-based protein as your delicious patty.
