If you don’t want your eggs fried, poached or scrambled what about having them hard-boiled with rice, moist flakes of smoked haddock, fresh parsley and curry powder? Kedgeree is a Victorian Scottish recipe, which was brought over from India and is (just putting it out there) supposedly an excellent hangover cure. Speaking of Scotland, Scottish Porridge is one of the bonniest breakfasts on the Just Eat app. Just decide whether you want your porridge all-water, all-milk or half-half.
