Katong Laksa is a delicious Coconut Curry Soup inspired by the Chinese who live in Katong area of Singapore. But Laksa is found across most Asian Countries. It features Rice Noodles, Shrimp and lots and lots of Veggies swimming in a spicy coconut stock soup the colour of a flaming Asian sunset. There are many Vegetarian variants like Tofu, Spinach & Green Bean Laska which is a fragrant and spicy Vegetarian Dish that will have your taste buds thinking they’re on holiday. (Except that, with the Just Eat app, they’re actually still in your dining room…)

Asian Cuisine is often Rich & Spicy and typically includes ingredients such as Seafood & Noodles. (Use your noodle, and order it through the Just Eat app.) Mee Goreng, for instance, is a nicy-spicy-ricey-stir-fry noodle dish that is hugely popular across Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. It’s usually cooked with (but trust us, there are many variations) thin yellow noodles, garlic, shallots, fried prawn, chicken, beef or Mee Bakso (aka Meatballs), chilli, Chinese cabbage, tomatoes, egg and lots (and lots) of veggies. Nasi Goreng (aka Fried Rice) is another Fave Asian Rice Dish with pieces of Chicken and Prawns plus loads of veggies, and typically spiced with onions, garlic, Sweet Soy Sauce, Shrimp Paste, tamarind and chillies. Chilli Crab is Singapore’s National Dish where the Crab is stir-fried with Ginger, Onions, Garlic and Chillies, then coated in Egg to give a wonderful texture. It’s a sensational taste where Sweet, Spicy & Savoury flavours all arrive at the same time (courtesy of our Just Eat delivery bike).
