Real Egyptian Food. Delivered Real Quick.

Kofta, Hummus, Falafel, Kushary – despite its wealth of ancient artefacts, Egyptian food might just contain its greatest treasures. Egyptian Cuisine dates back over 5000 years, so Egyptians have had plenty of time to perfect their creations. Although, their most world-famous foods are actually beautifully simple.

Hummus – a humble little dish of hot mashed chickpeas blended with tahini, olive oil, lemon juice and garlic – is now the healthy dip of choice all over the planet. Falafel – little deep-fried chickpea and bean balls – can be found stuffed in pitta bread pockets everywhere.

Not all Egyptian foods are famous, but many have many devoted fans around the globe. If you’re a devotee of skewered meat, you’ll certainly love Kofta – a spicy, sausagey classic. Egyptian food is full of discoveries. But there’s no need for an expedition, just order a delivery from somewhere near you via the Just Eat app.
