Jamón (aka Cured Ham) is probably the most celebrated Spanish food export. Traditionally, legs of ham were salted and hung to preserve them through long winters. Jamón Serrano (of the Mountain) is most popular and comes White Pigs, Jamón Iberico comes from Black Pigs.
