It comes with many names and many ingredients but it always hits the spot. There’s Shiro Wot, a chickpea or broad bean swirl of garlic and hot spices in a rich tomato sauce. There’s Misir Wot, a spicy red lentil stew. There’s Doro Wot, a spicy chicken stew. There’s Key Wot, a beef stew. Yes, there are lots of Wots. But there are other delicious dishes, too.
